Joseph Candel: Many people wonder whether Putin is really standing up to the coming New World Order or he is just one of the players and is being told what to do from the globalists, being merely a chess piece moved around the board of current events by those behind the scenes that really have the power & a world plan. For example, Russia & China formed an economic block called the BRICS Nations. This is comprised of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. It was reported in the news that they formed their own monetary fund and central bank & are trying to pull away from the current world structure that is in place. Are they really acting so independently?
I think there?s a strong possibility that the Globalists are using the BRICS nations to weaken America. The BRICS nations stopped trading their goods & services in US Dollars, using other currencies & are in the process of abandoning the Dollar for the purchase of oil! Russia is one of the biggest exporters of oil in the world. Dumping the USD is already happening. Once the nations of the world no longer have to buy oil in USD the Petro Dollar could totally collapse according to financial experts. So is Putin really standing up against the Globalists or are the Globalists using Putin & the BRICS Nations to kill the USD & weaken America to the point that America will be forced into the coming World Government?
It?s well known that Henry Kissenger, who does the bidding for the Globalists, has meetings with Putin from time to time & according to news reports they are friends. The globalists are using war, a coming economic collapse, disasters & terrorists attacks to create Chaos & confusion, so the New World Order & eventually the Antichrist will have the solutions to the many problems that plague the world. Most people in the English-speaking parts of the world missed Putin’s speech at the Valdai conference in Sochi a few days ago, and, chances are, those of you who have heard of the speech didn’t get a chance to read it, and missed its importance. Western media did their best to ignore it or to twist its meaning. Regardless of what you think or don’t think of Putin (like the sun and the moon, he does not exist for you to cultivate an opinion) this is probably the most important political speech since Churchill’s ?Iron Curtain? speech of March 5, 1946.
In this speech, Putin abruptly changed the rules of the game. Previously, the game of international politics was played as follows: politicians made public pronouncements, for the sake of maintaining a pleasant fiction of national sovereignty, but they were strictly for show and had nothing to do with the substance of international politics; in the meantime, they engaged in secret back-room negotiations, in which the actual deals were hammered out. Previously, Putin tried to play this game, expecting only that Russia be treated as an equal. But these hopes have been dashed, and at this conference he declared the game to be over, explicitly violating Western taboo by speaking directly to the people over the heads of elite clans and political leaders.
The Russian blogger chipstone summarized the most salient points from Putin speech as follows:
1. Russia will no longer play games and engage in back-room negotiations over trifles. But Russia is prepared for serious conversations and agreements, if these are conducive to collective security, are based on fairness and take into account the interests of each side.
2. All systems of global collective security now lie in ruins. There are no longer any international security guarantees at all. And the entity that destroyed them has a name: The United States of America.
3. The builders of the New World Order have failed, having built a sand castle. Whether or not a new world order of any sort is to be built is not just Russia’s decision, but it is a decision that will not be made without Russia.
4. Russia favors a conservative approach to introducing innovations into the social order, but is not opposed to investigating and discussing such innovations, to see if introducing any of them might be justified.
5. Russia has no intention of going fishing in the murky waters created by America’s ever-expanding ?empire of chaos,? and has no interest in building a new empire of her own (this is unnecessary; Russia’s challenges lie in developing her already vast territory). Neither is Russia willing to act as a savior of the world, as she had in the past.
6. Russia will not attempt to reformat the world in her own image, but neither will she allow anyone to reformat her in their image. Russia will not close herself off from the world, but anyone who tries to close her off from the world will be sure to reap a whirlwind.
7. Russia does not wish for the chaos to spread, does not want war, and has no intention of starting one. However, today Russia sees the outbreak of global war as almost inevitable, is prepared for it, and is continuing to prepare for it. Russia does not war?nor does she fear it.
8. Russia does not intend to take an active role in thwarting those who are still attempting to construct their New World Order – until their efforts start to impinge on Russia’s key interests. Russia would prefer to stand by and watch them give themselves as many lumps as their poor heads can take. But those who manage to drag Russia into this process, through disregard for her interests, will be taught the true meaning of pain.
9. In her external, and, even more so, internal politics, Russia’s power will rely not on the elites and their back-room dealing, but on the will of the people.
To these nine points I would like to add a tenth:
10. There is still a chance to construct a new world order that will avoid a world war. This new world order must of necessity include the United States?but can only do so on the same terms as everyone else: subject to international law and international agreements; refraining from all unilateral action; in full respect of the sovereignty of other nations.
To sum it all up:

I have long wondered about this same thing. It appears from Revelation 17:16,17 and chapter 18 that the “great whore” (cabal of global elite, big business and their present “Western based” financial system) is “bucked-off” as she attempts to saddle herself onto the head of the great red dragon she has been riding down through time. I always wondered if Russia would fulfill this role of “bucking her off” in refusing to play ball with these guys? I read that Rothschild greatly angered Russia by cheating one of their oil barons out of his company. This was quite some time ago. Now Gazprom seems to be Russian owned and operated, doing well, and HUGE! It is supposedly yet fully untapped and as big or bigger than the Saudi’s & Middle-Eastern Barons. So that’s quite a “pile of poker chips” on the table for them! I think the Georgian Oil Company was the one that Rothschild grabbed and part of the reason America sent troops to Afghanistan, from what I’ve heard, to protect the pipelines running through it from there. I may be wrong about some of this. I can’t remember all the small details for sure. But I remember reading that Bush Jr. made the statement that, “We want a New World Order, but with “us” in charge and not Russia…” -or something to that effect. So obviously, according to Bush Jr., there’s a power struggle going on for the “top-spot” in just who’s going to be “Napoleon” here and run this coming abomination. East or West? So it’s hard to tell at this point. I know that the big guys have always backed BOTH SIDES (The Hegelian Dialectic) –and used them against each other as insurance -that if both sides don’t “pay-up” they will use the other side to war against them and use their money power to destroy them by backing that side with more $. So I don’t know… I know that back in the days of Nixon, Kissinger began this great “love-relationship” with China, which has now surpassed the West economically and in some areas -also militarily. So there’s yet another player. I think they want to play China against Russia. But that’s going to back-fire on them too. It seems they have a three-way thing going here… But China and Russia will almost always side with each other and I have to question whether the GREATEST of the global elite: the main one or ones at the very top (who will turn and eat the others like sharks) –have secretly made deals or somehow have a plan to “control” the Russian rogue bear that is not only appearing to stand strong against the West but has also formed this new alliance of nations — The “BRICKS” — and is secretly backing them. It is as if the top “powers-that-be” stand back and watch who will outperform the other and then “hop on the back of that horse” to ride full force with their financial chicanery. But there again, you have the whore attempting to saddle herself onto that 7th head…? So what’s up with this all? If these people are bringing forth their secret “dark-prince” who will “understand dark sentences” then perhaps he becomes the 7th head and throws off all the “competition” of the great merchants that built their empires on the Western Dollar and uses Russia as his military machine with their great new technologies which have far surpassed the West. (Silent running subs all over the place with the fastest new unstoppable missiles capable of being nuke-tipped, anti-radar cloaking technology that depends not only on the “shape” of the plane and angular construction but by shooting out a pulsed beam behind the planes that gradually absorb the radar beams and don’t allow them to return to the control panel allowing the targeted plane to be seen… and other things so far off the scale it’s amazing) –Then this “dark-prince” would probably also use China, mainly for their absolute numbers of sheer man-power for “boots on the ground” in the coming take-down of America and the West along with other smaller allies. –Just some stuff to “chew on” here… We now have the “Israel factor” also! Something’s coming there soon that will be BIG! I believe it will possibly stop Putin’s present advance with what’s coming, which is also set to come along with the economic collapse due by next October at the last “blood-moon” of the present Shimmitah, according to Jonathan Cahn, who’s been “eerily” on target for some time now with his observations and predictions. This all depends on Obama right now and his “handlers” and what kind of deal he makes with Iran, which I believe he’s trying to do in secret. If Obama secretly supports Iran going ahead with their nuclear fuel enrichment program, (which I think he’s secretly trying to do so as not to anger “B.B.”) THEN WE GOT A BIG PROBLEM HERE! Netanyahu actually barked at Obama like an angry employer to an employee and let him know in no uncertain terms that if they even slightly smell uranium enrichment going on in Iran that they will launch “The Sampson Option.” Sorry to get carried away here, BUT THERE’S A LOT GOING ON ALL AT ONCE — AND IT’S ALL INTERCONNECTED! I think Israel may actually do this, causing the Muslim world to back off and allow for the rebuilding of the Temple. The Mosques on the Temple Mount may be destroyed either by off course missiles from Iran or Syria, OR by Israel doing it and saying that that’s what happened… and with the possible nuking of Damascus and Tehran and the “melting of the mountains” housing the reactors there this may be what brings the Antichrist to power to stop it all; bring temporary peace; and allow him time to more fully build up his Russian / Chinese “trump-card” to the MAX in preparation for finishing off Israel and America in the end, when the circumstances and timing are just right, for —–ARMAGEDDON! Putin may be gone by that time and replaced by this “dark-prince,” having fulfilled his role in creating the circumstances and world conditions to fully bring him to power.
